These terms are published to comply with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. They outline the rules, privacy practices, and user agreement governing access to the PlaylabPixel website and app (referred to here as the “Platform”).

PlaylabPixel Private Limited is a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its head office located in Maharashtra, India.

This is a digitally generated document as per the Information Technology Act, 2000. No physical or digital signature is required.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Platform, you (“User”) agree to the terms described below. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from registering, logging in, or interacting with our services.

Once you accept, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Platform.

PlaylabPixel is not officially linked with any sports leagues, organizations, or players unless clearly specified. References to “PlaylabPixel” include both our web and mobile platforms.

1. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, content, trademarks, and code on the Platform are the property of PlaylabPixel or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may view, download, or print content strictly for personal use—any redistribution, modification, or resale is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.

Uploading any content to our Platform means you grant us the right to use, publish, and distribute it in any form, globally and royalty-free. This includes:

• Displaying your content on PlaylabPixel
• Sharing it with other users
• Saving it on our servers or via partner channels

You agree that any content you submit belongs to you and doesn’t violate others’ rights. If any legal issues arise due to what you upload, you bear the responsibility—not PlaylabPixel.

Any third-party trademarks or copyrighted materials must not be used on the Platform without prior authorization. Requests to use our content or branding should be sent to: [email protected]

User Communication & Liability

By joining PlaylabPixel, you consent to receive messages from our team and partners—including updates, offers, or administrative notices.

If your uploaded content causes any third-party complaints or legal issues, you agree to defend and hold PlaylabPixel and its staff harmless from related claims and expenses.

2. Use of the Website and Mobile Application

By engaging with the services of PlaylabPixel.com or using the PlaylabPixel mobile app, users agree to comply with these Terms and all related policies. Participation in football tournaments or use of platform features is subject to these rules.

PlaylabPixel may amend these Terms at any moment. Updates will be published on the website or communicated via registered email. Continued use of the platform following such updates will be interpreted as acceptance of the revised terms. Users who disagree must notify us within the provided timeframe; otherwise, access to the services may be restricted.

In case of conflict between these Terms and additional rules for specific features, the feature-specific rules will take priority.

The platform includes interactive components, referred to as “features”, which are designed to enhance user experience.

Platform Rights and Controls

PlaylabPixel reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate user access to the website or specific features;
• Modify, disable, or withdraw any feature;
• Remove or reject user-submitted content;
• Change player rosters available for contests;
• Transfer its rights and responsibilities to another party (with notice via email);
• Delete user accounts and associated data if Terms are violated or misuse is detected.

If access is suspended due to platform error, users may be reimbursed for the platform fees related to paid features. No refund will be provided if the suspension is due to a Terms violation or an event beyond our control.

By using the platform, users agree to receive service-related communications and promotional messages from PlaylabPixel and its affiliates.

3. Third-Party Services and External Links

PlaylabPixel.com may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content not controlled by PlaylabPixel. Interaction with such entities is at the user’s sole discretion and risk.

We do not endorse nor assume responsibility for the practices of third-party services. Users are advised to review the respective terms and privacy policies before proceeding with any transaction or interaction.

Any issues related to third-party services must be addressed directly with those service providers. PlaylabPixel disclaims liability for any loss arising from such engagements.

Content on our platform may include third-party contributions. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of this material, and users are encouraged to evaluate such content critically.

4. Privacy Notice

PlaylabPixel collects user data—including personal and financial information—during registration and use. The use of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which users are encouraged to read in full.

5. User Responsibilities and Behavior

All users must follow the Terms of Use established by PlaylabPixel. Violations may lead to:

• Restriction or termination of access to platform features;
• Deactivation of user accounts and deletion of associated data;
• Disqualification from winnings.

Account Management

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during sign-up;
• Only one account per individual is allowed;
• Communication from PlaylabPixel must be marked as “safe” to ensure delivery;
• Passwords and payment credentials must be kept confidential. Users are responsible for any misuse.

Usage Guidelines

Users agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, scripts, or unauthorized tools that disrupt normal gameplay;
• Modify or reverse-engineer the platform’s software;
• Overload platform servers or interfere with other users’ experience;
• Access platform systems through means other than those provided;
• Circumvent or manipulate security features.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior, including:

• Sharing offensive, racist, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content;
• Harassment or threats towards others;
• Spreading malware or viruses;
• Conducting unauthorized commercial activity;
• Sending spam, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited advertising.

Use of Promotional Offers

The Extra Cash bonus and related offers are strictly for individual use. Abuse by groups or coordinated actors is forbidden. If misuse is detected, PlaylabPixel reserves the right to freeze accounts or withhold funds. Reinstatement is subject to submission of proper documentation and is at the sole discretion of the company.

Service Protection

Users must not carry out or support cyberattacks on the PlaylabPixel platform, including virus distribution, denial-of-service actions, or any act that disrupts the functionality of the platform or the experience of others.

6. Account Registration

To join PlaylabPixel, users must provide a valid mobile number to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) for identity confirmation. Optionally, users may enter a referral code during registration to receive a starting bonus.

PlaylabPixel also supports Truecaller-based registration for users with the app installed and configured.

Upon receiving the OTP, users must submit it to activate their accounts. In order to join competitions, users are required to input accurate details such as their date of birth and postal code. This data must match the information on official documents provided later for verification.

Before engaging with any feature, players confirm they’ve read, understood, and accepted the Terms & Conditions, including all rules and gameplay policies.

⚠️ Due to regional legal restrictions, individuals residing in certain Indian states (Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Andhra Pradesh) are not permitted to participate in paid fantasy contests. If such users access PlaylabPixel, they are solely responsible for any consequences. The platform may deactivate accounts and forfeit balances in violation of these restrictions.

Specific games (like Poker and Rummy) are further restricted in these regions. Please consult the current regulations before participating.

7. Contests, Participation, and Rewards

PlaylabPixel runs various football fantasy contests where users build virtual squads composed of real-life footballers. Points are awarded based on player performance during live matches, and top-ranking users win rewards.

Multiple winners may be declared depending on the contest format and score distribution. Contest structures and scoring systems are detailed under the Fantasy Rules and How to Play sections of the platform.

Entry Fees and Multiple Teams

• Users can join paid contests by paying an entry fee indicated on the contest screen.
• Multiple teams can be created per contest, unless restricted by contest rules.
• Once the match begins, team editing is disabled.
• Entry fees are not accepted from residents of restricted states.

Types of Contests

PlaylabPixel offers:

• Confirmed Contests: These proceed regardless of whether all spots are filled.
• Unconfirmed Contests: These may be cancelled if minimum participation is not met.

Confirmation Threshold (No-Cancellation Logic)

• Minimum of 10 players AND 85% occupancy is required.
• Example:
  • 12 out of 15 spots filled → 80% participation → ❌ Contest cancelled.
  • 11 out of 12 spots filled → 91% participation → ✅ Contest proceeds.

PlaylabPixel reserves the right to cancel or delay contests due to technical issues, natural events, or changes in match timing. For example:

• For football, the contest deadline can shift by up to 10 minutes.
• In cricket, deadlines can be altered by 3 overs or 10 minutes, whichever is shorter.

8. Game Play Formats

Users may create or edit teams up until the match officially begins, even after the playing XI is announced. This allows last-minute tactical changes.

• Team lock-in time aligns with the match start time but may vary by sport.
• Live updates on official starting lineups are provided, but PlaylabPixel doesn’t guarantee 100% accuracy.
• A green dot indicates a confirmed starting player on the team creation screen.

⚠️ No refunds will be issued for entry fees due to lineup inaccuracies or last-minute changes by official sources. Users are encouraged to cross-verify data independently.

9. Contest Types

PlaylabPixel supports both Public and Private contest formats:

Public Contests

• Open to all users.
• May be paid or free to enter.
• A minimum number of participants must be met for the contest to proceed. Otherwise, it will be cancelled and entry fees will be refunded.
• PlaylabPixel may change the total prize pool or number of winners based on contest type (e.g. “Infinity Contests” are dynamic in structure).

“Teams War” Format

• Total contest points are the sum of points from all teams a user enters.
• Entry fee is charged per team.
• If there’s a tie, the prize for that rank is evenly split among tied users.

PlaylabPixel may revise, pause, or discontinue any contest format without prior notice. User data will be handled as per the platform’s Privacy Policy.

Private Contests

• Created by users to invite friends or other users.
• Entry fees and winnings vary. Max 50 players allowed.
• A unique Contest Code is generated for invite-only access.
• Contest creators can earn a share of the platform commission:
  • 15% for 10–14 participants,
  • 25% for 15–50 participants.

The prize pool in private contests may be defined manually or selected automatically by the system. Once the contest is created, the participant count and prize amount cannot be changed.

• Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If the contest doesn’t fill, it still runs, and prizes are recalculated based on the final number of players.
• Decimal winnings are rounded to the nearest whole number (e.g. .5 is rounded up).

10. Legality of Skill-Based Gameplay

Fantasy football contests on PlaylabPixel are legally classified as games of skill under Indian law. The Public Gambling Act of 1867 does not apply to games where outcome depends primarily on the user’s skill rather than chance.

In a 2020 ruling, the Chhattisgarh High Court reaffirmed that fantasy sports competitions, where users pay to compete using strategic decisions and knowledge of sports and player stats, are protected under Article 19(1)(g) of the Indian Constitution, which guarantees the right to practice any profession or carry on any business.

Our football fantasy contests are skill-driven, where participants use insight into player form, tactical knowledge, and live match dynamics to build teams that maximize points.

By participating, users acknowledge that these contests are games of skill.

11. Eligibility Criteria

• Only individuals aged 18 or older, currently living in India, are eligible to participate in contests on PlaylabPixel.
• Users from restricted states are not allowed to join contests that require payment to enter, due to local regulations.
• Users must complete full registration on the PlaylabPixel app and verify their account to access contests and earn rewards.

If it’s discovered that a user concealed their residency in a restricted region, PlaylabPixel may deactivate their account and forfeit winnings. Future participation will only be allowed if legal status changes and such users will be treated as new registrants, without the right to reclaim previous rewards.

12. Winner Selection, Verification, and Prize Conditions

Winner Selection

• Winners are determined based on the total points accumulated by their selected players in a given match or tournament round.
• The prize distribution and number of winners will be announced before the contest starts.
• Users found managing accounts on behalf of others will be disqualified.
• In the event of a tie, the prize is equally split among all tied users.
• Violations of contest rules may lead to ineligibility to claim prizes.

Communication with Winners

• Winners will be contacted via the email or phone number provided during registration.
• Names may also appear on a dedicated winner list page on the website.
• If your name appears but you haven’t received any notification, please reach out to support within the given time frame.

Verification

To withdraw winnings, users must:

• Complete identity verification,
• Submit requested documents within the deadline.

PlaylabPixel has the right to deny payouts if:

• Submitted information is inaccurate, incomplete, or falsified,
• The participant is found ineligible,
• Any other reason deemed valid by PlaylabPixel.

Prize Terms

• Decisions on prize distribution are final and binding.
• Residents of restricted states cannot win cash prizes.
• In head-to-head contests where both users select identical teams, no winner will be declared and entry fees will be refunded.
• Using multiple accounts from one device is considered fair-play violation and can result in contest restrictions.

Free Contests

• Occasionally, PlaylabPixel hosts free-to-enter contests.
• Winnings from these can only be used to enter paid contests; they cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.
• Users below 18 years will have their accounts deactivated and winnings forfeited.
• The platform may adjust reward types, and prizes cannot be exchanged, returned, or transferred.

Note: Shipping charges for physical rewards must be covered by the winner. PlaylabPixel is not responsible for damages during transit.

Suspicious Activity & Fair Play

• Using unauthorized software, hacks, bots, or external tools to influence game outcomes will lead to immediate account termination.
• Deliberately losing matches or exploiting bugs is prohibited.
• Any unusual financial activity, such as manipulation of deposits, may prompt identity verification or account suspension.

13. Publicity & Promotions

Winners agree to let PlaylabPixel use their name, voice, and profile image for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

They may also be invited to participate in press events, interviews, or promotional campaigns as determined by PlaylabPixel.

14. Level-Up Reward Program

To take part in the PlaylabPixel Level-Up system, users must:

• Be 18+ and fully registered on the platform.

Progression Criteria

• Step 1: Register your account.
• Step 2: Build your fantasy football team.
• Step 3: Enter your first paid contest.

From Level 3 onwards, advancing requires:

• A minimum number of paid contest entries,
• Total match participation milestones.

Bonus Milestones

Credit bonuses are applied automatically upon reaching the level, but only Unutilized and Winnings balances contribute to level progression (not cash bonuses).

To view your progress, go to the Level Profile via your account sidebar. This shows:

• Current level,
• Stats,
• Bonus eligibility,
• Contest history.

PlaylabPixel may change or end this rewards program at any time, without prior notice.

15. General Provisions

PlaylabPixel reserves the right to cancel or discontinue any football fantasy contest if required by legal, governmental, or regulatory authorities.

Participants agree not to pursue claims if contests are modified or withdrawn.

Note: Employees, board members, business affiliates, and close family of PlaylabPixel are not eligible to participate.

Wallet Expiry Policy

• Funds in the user’s PlaylabPixel Wallet (including deposits and winnings) must be used within 365 days.
• Users will receive expiry reminders via email, SMS, or in-app alerts.
• To prevent expiration, users must either:
  • Join a paid contest, or
  • Withdraw the balance to a verified bank account.

Failure to provide banking details in time will result in forfeiture of the unused wallet balance.

Late withdrawals (after 365 days) incur a processing fee — ₹10 or 5% of the withdrawal amount, whichever is higher.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any legal matters concerning PlaylabPixel services will be governed by the laws of India, with Jaipur as the exclusive jurisdiction.

Dispute Procedure

1. The aggrieved party must first issue a written notice to initiate resolution efforts.
2. Parties must attempt to resolve the matter within 15 days through mutual dialogue.
3. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled via arbitration in Jaipur, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The arbitration will be conducted in English, and each party will bear its own costs unless otherwise directed.

Interim orders and rulings by the arbitrator will be legally binding and enforceable.

17. Complaint Mechanism

For General Grievances

Valid complaints must include:

• Full contact info of the complainant,
• Relation to the affected person (if acting on behalf),
• Identity of the content in question,
• Clear explanation of the issue,
• A statement confirming the accuracy of the information.

For Copyright or IP Complaints

Emails to [email protected] must also include:

• Description of copyrighted work,
• Details of the allegedly infringing content,
• Legal statement affirming lack of permission,
• Signature of the complainant or agent.

PlaylabPixel reserves the right to validate and take action based on complaint merits and may contact the complainant for further information.

18. Limitations of Liability

Users access and participate in contests at their own risk. PlaylabPixel will not be liable for any:

• Losses,
• Damages,
• Property issues,
• Personal injuries.

User Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

• Reimburse PlaylabPixel for any costs arising from misuse,
• Avoid misrepresenting personal details or violating terms,
• Not hold PlaylabPixel responsible for third-party claims due to their activity on the platform.

Any accidents, fraud, or improper actions related to contests or winnings fall under user accountability.

19. Disclaimers

PlaylabPixel and its associated companies shall not be held liable for:

• Delays, misdeliveries, or failed communications,
• Damage from downloaded files or server issues,
• Technology breakdowns, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain a smooth experience, but we do not guarantee that:

• Services will always be error-free or uninterrupted,
• Contest results will always meet expectations,
• All material accessed will be accurate or virus-free.

If errors are discovered in prize distribution, PlaylabPixel reserves the right to:

• Adjust or correct the winnings,
• Recover mistaken payments via various means (e.g., deductions).

Force Majeure

Contests may be cancelled or rescheduled due to:

• Regulatory barriers,
• Legal authority denials,
• Natural or political disruptions.

20. Other Legal Terms

Notifications & Communications

By accepting the terms, users consent to receive official communications through:

• In-app notifications,
• Registered email address.

PlaylabPixel is not responsible for undelivered messages caused by incorrect contact details.

System Failures or Delays

Delays caused by unforeseen events (wars, strikes, blackouts, etc.) may result in:

• Service interruptions,
• Contest cancellations with applicable refunds.

Waivers & Validity

Failure to enforce a policy or right does not mean it’s waived.

Users must raise disputes within 30 days of the issue, or they forfeit the right to claim.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions represent the complete agreement between the user and PlaylabPixel.

If any clause is invalidated legally, remaining parts continue to remain effective.

Platform Restrictions

PlaylabPixel may restrict or suspend access to the app or specific features at its discretion.

Your in-app transaction history (e.g., deposits, contest entries, winnings) is retained for 15 days only. For older history, send a request from your registered email to [email protected].

Any disputes regarding transactions must be raised within 7 days of the issue occurring.

21. Refund Policy

Users can use deposited funds in their PlaylabPixel wallet to join fantasy football contests or features on the platform.

Refund Requests

• To request a refund for any unused deposit, users must email [email protected] from their registered email.
• PlaylabPixel reserves the right to accept or deny the request based on internal assessment and will apply relevant deductions (processing charges and taxes).

Once a transaction is completed, it is non-reversible. Refunds may be considered only if:

• The user submits a request at least 48 hours before the contest starts.
• The entry fee was for a paid contest.

In events like system failures, event cancellation, or technical issues, only the entry fee will be refunded — not any hypothetical winnings.

22. Promotions Terms

PlaylabPixel may occasionally launch promotional campaigns. These campaigns reward users with Cash Bonuses, visible in the “Credit Bonus” section of their wallet, usable in football contests.

General Rules for Promotions

• Promotions are available only in India.
• Multiple accounts or fake profiles will result in disqualification.
• Mobile and account verification may be required to participate.
• Users on the NDNC Registry must deregister to receive promo notifications.

Participation is voluntary, and one promotion doesn’t guarantee access to others.

Behaviour & Eligibility

• Bonus distribution is at the discretion of PlaylabPixel.
• Any abuse or misuse of promotional terms may lead to:
  • Forfeiture of bonuses,
  • Account suspension.

No Guarantee

• Participation does not guarantee a reward.
• All promotional decisions are final and binding.

Credit Bonus Terms

Bonus Rules

• New users can use up to ₹25 of Credit Bonus for their first paid contest (minimum 1000 participants).
• Subsequent bonus usage limits are clearly shown in the contest page.

Bonus Restrictions

• Cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted to cash.
• Expires 14 days after being granted.
• Breach of rules may result in:
  • Bonus withholding,
  • Bonus forfeiture,
  • Account deactivation.

23. Ongoing Promotional Programs

Golden Ticket

The Golden Ticket allows users to join contests at a discounted rate.

• Valid only for the specific contest it was issued for.
• If a contest is cancelled, users receive a replacement coupon.
• If a tournament is abandoned, refunds go to the Unutilized Balance.
• Bundle prices and conditions can change without notice.

Refer & Earn

• Invite friends and get up to ₹1000 in bonuses.
• Referred users may earn up to ₹125.

Sign-Up Bonus

• First-time users receive a welcome bonus up to ₹125 in their Credit Bonus section.

Discounts & Free Entries

• Offered selectively based on eligibility and internal criteria.

24. Verification Requirements

To participate on PlaylabPixel, users must verify:

• Mobile number
• Email address
• PAN card
• Address proof
• Bank account details

Only original document scans (≤2MB) are accepted. No photocopies or partial images allowed.

PAN Rules

• Users with E-PAN must upload both front and back images.
• Users born before 1968 must send a selfie holding their PAN card.
• Invalid or mismatched PAN details may result in rejection.

Document Change Policy

• Any updates must be formally communicated with supporting documentation.
• Failure to update may cause communication failures.

25. Terms for PAN & Bank Details

PAN Card

• Can be deleted if found fraudulent.
• Accounts may be blocked for false documents.
• PANs from restricted states (e.g., Telangana, Assam) may be invalidated.

Bank Account

• Must match exactly, including leading zeros.
• All SBI-related accounts must have the correct IFSC.
• Suspicious or fake documents can lead to account suspension or withdrawal freeze.

PAN-Bank Mismatch

• If PAN and bank details don’t align:
  • Access to PlaylabPixel is suspended.
  • Users will receive an email and must resubmit valid documents.

26. Taxation Policy

As per the revised Section 194BA of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961, starting April 1, 2023, a flat 30% Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be imposed on Users’ net positive earnings (Net Winnings) from engaging in games hosted on PlaylabPixel.

TDS is applicable under the following two circumstances:

• When a User initiates a withdrawal at any point during the financial year
• Or automatically at the close of the fiscal year (March 31st)

Net Winnings Calculation

The User’s Net Winnings are derived using the formula:

Net Winnings = A - B - C - D

Where:

• A = Total amount withdrawn from the User’s account
• B = Total funds added by the User during the relevant period
• C = Account balance at the beginning of the financial year
• D = Winnings previously withdrawn that already had TDS applied

Example 1: First Withdrawal Scenario

A User starts the year with ₹2,000 in their winnings account and makes no new deposits. After participating in fantasy football contests, they accumulate ₹10,000 and then request a withdrawal of ₹4,000.

Details:

• A = ₹4,000
• B = ₹0
• C = ₹2,000
• D = ₹0

Net Winnings = ₹4,000 - ₹0 - ₹2,000 - ₹0 = ₹2,000
TDS = 30% × ₹2,000 = ₹600
Amount credited to the User’s bank = ₹4,000 - ₹600 = ₹3,400

Example 2: Subsequent Withdrawal

Assuming the same User deposits ₹2,000 and now requests an additional ₹5,000 withdrawal.

Updated values:

• A = ₹4,000 (first) + ₹5,000 (second) = ₹9,000
• B = ₹2,000
• C = ₹2,000
• D = ₹2,000

Net Winnings = ₹9,000 - ₹2,000 - ₹2,000 - ₹2,000 = ₹3,000
TDS = 30% × ₹3,000 = ₹900
Bank credit = ₹5,000 - ₹900 = ₹4,100

Year-End Auto TDS Deduction

Suppose this same User has ₹10,000 left in their winnings account by March 31st, and has deposited ₹5,000 over the year. No TDS has yet been deducted on this remaining amount.

Inputs:

• A = ₹9,000 (total withdrawn)
• B = ₹7,000 (₹2,000 + ₹5,000)
• C = ₹2,000
• D = ₹5,000 (₹2,000 + ₹3,000)
• E = ₹10,000 (closing balance)

Net Winnings = (₹10,000 + ₹9,000) - ₹7,000 - ₹2,000 - ₹5,000 = ₹5,000
TDS = 30% × ₹5,000 = ₹1,500
New balance = ₹10,000 - ₹1,500 = ₹8,500 (rolls over as opening balance next year)

Example 3: No Withdrawals Throughout the Year

A User begins the year with ₹3,000, adds ₹5,000 more, wins ₹15,000 in football contests but doesn’t request any withdrawal.

• A = ₹0
• B = ₹5,000
• C = ₹3,000
• D = ₹0
• E = ₹15,000

Net Winnings = ₹15,000 + ₹0 - ₹5,000 - ₹3,000 - ₹0 = ₹7,000
TDS = 30% × ₹7,000 = ₹2,100
New balance = ₹15,000 - ₹2,100 = ₹12,900 (next year’s opening)

Additional Guidelines

• Promotional Cash Bonuses (now called PlaylabPixel Credits) are not subject to TDS.
• The balance credited post-TDS deduction will either reflect in the User’s PlaylabPixel Wallet or their verified bank account.
• Users receiving TDS deductions will be issued official TDS Certificates.

27. Withdrawals Policy

27.0 Account Restrictions and Fair Play Compliance

PlaylabPixel reserves the right to restrict or deny withdrawal access to users who breach our Fair Play or General Terms. Actions leading to such restrictions include, but are not limited to:

• If a user has referred more than nine friends and their associated mobile, email, or PAN card details remain unverified, withdrawals may be withheld, or the user’s account may be permanently suspended.
• Users who fail to complete friend verifications upon request will have pending withdrawals held indefinitely, with no automatic refund.
• Users found operating multiple accounts under the same identity may have their withdrawal requests frozen and may be barred from further participation.
• Any activity violating PlaylabPixel’s Fair Play Guidelines will lead to account restrictions or delayed withdrawal processing.
• The creation of fake referral chains via self-registered accounts will result in withdrawal freezes.
• If a user is discovered to be a resident of a restricted region (e.g., Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh) and failed to disclose this at registration, their account will be blocked.
• PlaylabPixel reserves full discretion to pause or reject any withdrawal during audits, even if previously approved.
• Should a user agree to comply with the Fair Play terms after an infraction, their withdrawal will still require 5–7 business days to process.
• Verification may involve video identification calls; failure to pass will result in account suspension and withdrawal blocks.
• Users with multiple accounts on a single device must ensure full KYC verification (email, phone, PAN, and bank) for all accounts to maintain eligibility for withdrawals.

27.1 Standard Withdrawals

• Minimum per request: ₹100
• Maximum per request/day: ₹1,00,000
• Processing takes up to 24 hours on weekdays, or 72 hours on weekends (excluding the date of request).
• All timelines refer to working bank days.
• If the request is not processed within 2–3 days, users should check for communications from PlaylabPixel.
• Users with a history of Fair Play violations may face delays or restrictions.
• In case of conflicts between PlaylabPixel and payment partners, pending withdrawals may be paused until the issue is resolved.

27.2 Instant Withdrawals

• Eligibility: All users with fully verified accounts (PAN, bank, and matching name).
• Minimum withdrawal per day: ₹100
• Maximum varies by user level:

• Transfers are processed via IMPS, with expected arrival within 2–3 hours.
• PlaylabPixel may pause or disable Instant Withdrawals without prior notice.
• Users with Fair Play violations will have Instant Withdrawals paused until resolution.
• If an Instant Withdrawal fails, it is automatically downgraded to a Standard Withdrawal and processed within 1–3 working days.

28. Payment Guidelines

All financial transactions on the PlaylabPixel platform (playlabpixel.com), especially those involving participation in paid contests, are subject to the following rules:

• Entry fees include both the access fee (platform charge) and the user’s contribution towards the contest prize pool.
• The entry fee (inclusive of applicable taxes) is clearly specified before joining any contest.
• After contest completion, winnings are distributed as per predefined contest terms.
• In alignment with Section 269SU of the Income Tax Act, users are encouraged to make payments via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or other electronic banking channels. Bank details are available during payment.
• Any “winnings” mentioned in marketing materials refer to total possible winnings from an entire contest series, not individual matches.
• All references to Cash Bonus within the platform or documentation equate to PlaylabPixel Credits. These are not real currency, are non-withdrawable, and may only be used within the PlaylabPixel platform.
• The terms Cash Bonus and PlaylabPixel Credits are interchangeable and solely denote in-platform promotional credits.
